Abstract

Design of Customer Oriented Quality Management System at Company with Small-lot Production of Bicycles The diploma thesis is focused on proposal of management system in the company focused on Customer oriented production of bicycles. In the introductory part, thesis describing current access to customers in the bicycle industry, access to the development and manufacturing of bicycles. Next part briefly describes the company, upcoming product's and expected value for the customer. The third part of the proposal management system from initial idea to product delivery to the customer. Actually, it is kind of instruction to what documents the company should manage and lead and how they should approach the management in order to ensure sustainable development built on satisfied customers. Conclusion describes the customer-oriented management system based on the PDCA cycle as a competitive advantage compared to the traditional system of management of competing companies.
