Abstract

Šafrán Martin. Heating solution of a family house with a heat source - condensing boiler, variant solution - heat pump in Silesian Ostrava, 2022. Bachelor's thesis, VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Environment and Building Services. The topic of the Bachelor's thesis is the solution of heating a family house in Silesian Ostrava, where the heat source is a condensing gas boiler, as a variant solution is the heat source ground / water heat pump. The work is conceived as project documentation for the construction in the range of building services needs with the subsequent solution of heating a family house, including hot water heating, according to applicable standards and requirements. The family house is designed from brick blocks and situated on a plain. The house has no basement and two floors. Heating is designed using a combination of underfloor heating on the first floor and radiators on the second floor. Part of the Bachelor's thesis is the processing of the assessment of thermal technical properties of structures, energy label of the building envelope, calculation of heat losses of the building and basic economic evaluation of heat sources.
