Abstract

The thesis focuses on the analysis of transition of legal form of business of a natural person to limited liability company for the particular entrepreneur. The thesis deals with on processing the different ways of transition of legal forms of business and the evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of the individual methods. It includes a recap of the costs associated with the various ways of transition of legal forms of business, a comparison of the tax burden and a proposal for the most suitable solution of the transition of legal forms of business.
