Financování a provoz vybraného cyklistického klubu

Abstract

Tématem mé diplomové práce je financování a provoz vybraného cyklistického klubu. Cílem práce tedy bylo objasnit hlavní oblasti působení tohoto klubu a rozebrat jeho financování, to vše pro návrh možných řešení, která by dopomohla klubu k jeho lepší činnosti. V úvodní, teoretické části jsem vymezil některé důležité pojmy, které s daným tématem souvisejí. Jako například sport, právní formy sportovních organizací v České republice či možnosti jejich financování. Druhá část se již zabývá charakteristice cyklistického klubu a náplni jeho činnosti, v třetí části je poté proveden samotný rozbor financování a SWOT analýza, k interpretaci jsou zde použity grafy či tabulky. V závěrečné části diplomové práce jsem se poté snažil prozkoumat možnosti sponzoringu a hlavně navrhnout konkrétní řešení pro zlepšení sportovní situace klubu.

Subject of my thesis is financing and operation of the selected cycling club. The objective was to clarify the main contents of this selected club and analyse its financing, everything to find a possible solutions how to improve those main fields of cycling club activities. The first, opening part explains some important theoretical concepts, such as sport, the legal forms of sports organizations in Czech republic or possibilities how to finance those organizations. Second part describes chosen cycling club and its main field of activity for example specifics of cycling races in Czech republic., Third part is financial analysing and also SWOT analysing of the sport organization, where graphs and tables are used, to present some important facts. The final part of thesis uses those facts to find actual solutions for practicable improving of the selected club sporting situation.
