Abstract

The first part of this Thesis describes the mining company Severní energetická a. s. and the anticipated mining process in the case of breaking the territorial environmental limits on brown coal mining. It characterizes the selected village of Černice and the area that is located in the land of this village, in the area of probable continuation for brown coal mining. The practical part outlines the measurement of assets and a detailed description of the selected property. First the market value of the property determined by comparative method and then the administrative costs of the property. In conclusion, the minimal adequate price of the property and adequate compensation in connection with the correction of the extraction limits.
