Abstract

Valuation of company is one of the main areas of financial management and decision-making. The aim of the valuation is based on the value of the company provide investment advice. The aim of filled in the thesis is to undertake the valuation of assets and equity through selected yield methods. Thesis is divided into three chapters. The first part is a theory focused on the characteristics of measurement, data collection and analysis and clarification methodological methods yield valuation based on discounted cash flow and capitalization of profits. In the second chapter is presented valuations and financial analysis firm performed. Based on the prediction of growth of generators is established long-term financial plan. In the third chapter are applied selected methods for the valuation of yield and value of established firm. Finally, it made a comparison of sensitivity analysis and value of the company to changes in the basic input parameters. Based on a comparison of the methods is established investment recommendations.
