Abstract

The thesis with the topic of Environmental policy and Environment protection tools in Business Practice summarizes basic information about unfavorable influence on environment, about policy and environmental protection tools which are compared witch business practice. First part of the thesis shortly informs about environmental protection history, mainly by introducing two international conferences. The thesis also Introduces environmental policy in the Czech Republic and the European Union as well and coherently covers environmental protection tools mainly in the Czech Republic. Second part of the thesis is applied into a practice and it depicts the environmental protection tools in UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o.. The conclusion analyzes the concept of environmental protection tools in the Czech Republic and in a selected company. The conclusion includes recommendations and evaluation whether the tools is used sufficiently or not.
