Posouzení spolehlivosti magnetické práškové metody při kontrole ocelových nátrubků

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on non-destructive testing of materials. The principles of non-destructive testing of materials and types of defects detectable by these methods are described here. By selecting a suitable method or a suitable combination of tests, the position and size of the defect can be determined with sufficient accuracy. Currently the field of defectoscopy is constactly improving and has a large application in the coming years. In the practical part I deal with the evaluation of the results of the magnetic powder method in the inspection of steel sleeves designed for the connection of seamless steel pipes. The aim of this work is whetter this method can reliably detect product defects.
