Porovnání germicidních účinků UV lamp při dezinfekci povrchů

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis examines the issue of comparing germicidal effects when disinfecting surfaces using lamps emmiting ultraviolet radiation. The Initial part of the bachelor thesis explains the theory and basic concepts of electromagnetic and ultraviolet radiation. Furthermore, bacteria that was used in laboratory measurements is described here. The second part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to the actual measurement in the laboratory. It contains a description of the UV lamps used, equipment used in the measurements, laboratory aids, an overview and the results of the measurements. Subsequently, the results of individual measurements are compared and evaluated. At the end of the paper, individual ultraviolet lamps are evaluated and the most ideal UV lamp is selected.
