Abstract

The purpose of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of documentation for a multifunctional building, which will serve as students‘ accommodation and provide services – a café, hairdresser’s, fitness centre, and a shop. It is a three-storey building with a basement. In the basement a garage and a sales area is situated, on the 1st floor there is a space designed to operate the services. On the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms for students‘ accommodation are located. The diploma thesis focuses on the object SO 01 Building part – building of a multifunctional house. The construction part of the thesis deals with the elaboration of a variant solution of the construction system of the exterior cladding and a material solution on the second floor of the multifunctional building. The result will be a comparison of two variants of the exterior cladding for one floor of the building in economic point of view and in terms of the time required for the construction.
