Laboratorní úloha měření tympanometrie

Abstract

This work is engaged in measurement of middle-ear‘s amplifying system function, which amplifies intensity and lowers amplitude of absorbing acustic energy accordingly. Middle ear system is based on the work of unequal levers. It leads certain intensity oscillations caused by surrounding sound pressure through middle ear cavity pressing on tympanic membrane and it’s further transmitted to the oval window of the cochlea. Bachelor work describes the middle-ear system and characteristics of Madsen OTOflex 100 device. It establishes procedures which should be followed when making measurements. This work includes warnings about avoiding mistakes in the implementation of individual tasks. At the end of document there are results of measurements, which are also evaluated. In the appendix there is a proposed preparation laboratory task, which should serve as a educational material with this work.
