Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the talent management system in the significant Czech engineering company ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION a.s.. The thesis is divided into seven sections, but it could be also divided thematically into two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the talent management system and its individual processes in selected company, evaluate the system, identify possible weaknesses and propose appropriate recommendations for their elimination.
