Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with one of important matter of logistic and that is supply management. In its theoretical part it describes more into the details the importace of suppy managament, it classificatiton, possitie and negative role in enterprise. Futher it describes the subjekt od CS Cabot, inc. Undertaking, its register, stowage and different species of ready – made products. T does not even neglect supllier – purchaser relatonship. In its practial part sloves financial perspective of supply management and activities indicators relativ to supply management. Then it analyses freight carriage savings. On its basis it recommend the most suitable opton to choose from. The aim of this thesis si to find possibilities of how to improve supply management and subsequent proposal of partial measures leading towards improvemest of present day situation.
