Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the manufacturing of composite parts with focus on bladder molding technology. The aim of the thesis was to verify the possibility of using this method for production of more complex shaped components and to evaluate the quality of the final part. The work included the whole manufacturing process, from design to final surface finish. Part of the work was focused on practical verification of the selected design and technological solution. The results show that this method is suitable for the given application, but the chosen method shows some limitations, mainly in terms of geometry. In terms of surface quality, the method is satisfactory, however, possible optimalization in the production of future parts using this method were found.
