Abstract

Bachelor's thesis is focused on design method for encoding elements of the space needs and facility management. In the introduction, the explanation of the links between facility management, passports and achal coding. Here is a breakdown by types of land use administration. Summarizes the current state of coding elements and methods of use of the condition survey for effective management of buildings. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the application subject to a specific building, which means that it contains proposals for designation of areas, including schematic drawings and the subsequent demonstration of using software designed for Facility Management. The scope of this work are 42 numbered pages.
