Financování technické infrastruktury města

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na obnovu technické infrastruktury velkých kasáren ve městě Hodonín a její financování. Teoretická část je věnována obcím, jejich orgánům, rozpočtu obce, jeho příjmové a výdajové stránce, působnosti obce, rozpočtové skladbě a rozpočtovému procesu. Dále rozebírá zdroje financování investičních akcí územně samosprávných celků. V praktické části je charakterizováno město Hodonín, jeho historie, současnost a analýza rozpočtů v letech 2004 – 2008. Dále se zabývá investiční akcí obnovy technické infrastruktury velkých kasáren. Jsou zde analyzovány možnosti financování této obnovy a také navrženy dvě možné varianty, jak by bylo možné zajistit dostatek potřebných finančních prostředků z různých zdrojů k realizaci tohoto projektu.

This bachelor work is focused on restoration technical infrastructure of big casern in the town Hodonín and financing. The theoretical part of this study deals with municipalities, their local authorities, budget, revenues and expenses, force of municipality, budget rate and budget process. Next it analyse various financing arrangements of investments in municipalities. Practical part features town Hodonín, its history, present and analysis budgets in the years 2004 – 2008. Next its engaged in investment of restoration technical infrastructure of big casern. In this part of the work there are analysed possibilities of financing this restoration and there are proposed two possible variations, how to guarantee enough finances from various recourses to realize this project.
