Procesní a ekonomické aspekty voleb prezidenta republiky

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku procesních a ekonomických otázek spojených s přímou volbou prezidenta republiky. Prvním cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit zajištění přímých voleb prezidenta České republiky v porovnání se zajištěním přímých voleb prezidenta ve vybraných zemích. Druhým cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit procesní a ekonomické aspekty spojené s přímými volbami prezidenta České republiky v roce 2013. Práce se zabývá volebním systémem, postavením hlavy státu a pravomocemi prezidenta v České republice. Dále se zabývá srovnáním volebního systému Francouzské republiky, Polské republiky a Slovenské republiky. V práci jsou vyhodnoceny ekonomické a organizační aspekty volby prezidenta České republiky, náklady na volbu prezidenta ze státního rozpočtu a také z finančních prostředků kandidátů.

The thesis is focused on the procedural and economic issues associated with the direct election of the President of the Republic. The first objective of this thesis is to evaluate the security of direct election of the President of the Czech Republic in comparison with the provision of direct election of the President in selected countries. The second objective of this thesis is to evaluate the process and the economic aspects associated with the direct election of the President of the Czech Republic in 2013. The work deals with the electoral system, the role of head of state and the president's powers in the Czech Republic. It also deals with a comparison of the electoral system, the French Republic, the Republic of Poland and the Slovak Republic. The paper analyzes the economic and organizational aspects of the President of the Czech Republic, the cost of the election of the president from the state budget and from funds of candidates.
