Abstract
The content of the thesis is the analysis of leasing and consumer loan, both in terms of legal as well as economic terms. In practical examples of purchasing a car and trailer are pointed out the differences between these types of financing. Part of the work is a list of advantages and disadvantages of these financial products for clients and providers. At the end of the thesis is an overall comparison of these two given methods of financing.
