Management rizik v oblasti BOZP vybraného průmyslového podniku

Abstract

Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci v průmyslovém podniku a managementem rizik v této oblasti. Jako průmyslový podnik je zvolena slévárna střední velikosti. Ve své teoretické části se práce zabývá managementem rizik, obecnými požadavky na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci a zkoumá legislativu. Hlavními cíli teoretické části jsou osvětlení principů managementu rizik a získání přehledu a utřídění velmi široké platné legislativy. Ve své praktické části provádí evidenci a analýzu rizik a navrhuje postup při zlepšování systému managementu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve výrobní firmě. V textu je rovněž věnována pozornost normě ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008 Systém managementu BOZP – Požadavky a normě ČSN EN 31010 Management rizik – Techniky posuzování rizik.

Abstract The thesis is focused on occupational safety and health protection at an industrial plant and risk management in this sphere. A middle sized foundry has been chosen as the object of exploration. General requirements for safety and health protection and wide valid legislation are the focus of theoretical part of thesis. To gain a general knowledge and sorting out wide legislation is the crucial aim of this part. The theoretical part deals with basic principles of risk management as well. The practical part of thesis deals with registration and analysis of hazards and designs how to improve the occupational health and safety management system of the plant. The text pays some attention to standard OHSAS 18001:2008 and standard EN 31010 Risk management – Risk assessment techniques.
