Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with a marketing research for the selected company. The aim of this work is to make the marketing research using the appropriately selected tools and based on the research results to confirm or reject the research hypotheses and then propose recommendations for further development of the company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis contains description of marketing environment and detailed marketing research information. This part also includes an introduction of company CHCI-DŮM. In the practical part of the thesis the author has carried out marketing environment analysis and evaluation of marketing research. The conclusion of this part contains recommendations and suggestions, which are formulated based on the results of marketing research.
