Analýza bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of ensuring occupational health and safety in a production micro-enterprise and its impact on the health and performance of employees. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, a literature search is presented with a focus on the legal regulation of OHS. The second part is practical, dealing with the analysis of individual components of OHS at the selected employer. In the third part, an OHS evaluation is presented, which is focused on comprehensive legislative regulation and possible suggestions for improving OHS provision at the employer.
