Analýza konkurence ubytování pro studenty

Abstract

Main objective of this bachelor thesis was to analyze competition in university accommodation business in Ostrava. Influence of major factors, important to students who are thinking about future accommodation was investigated. Knowledge gained can be used for ensuring the competitiveness of newly built campus accommodation facilities. Next part of thesis was to propose the way of communication and provision of information about the Campus Palace. Suggestions and recommendations published in this work provide the contractor reconstructing current campus with important data concerning equipment, and provide ways of communicating with current and future customers.
