The presented bachelor's thesis deals with the conditions for issuing a certificate of anchoring equipment providing workers at a height, assessment and evaluation of documentation to obtain a certificate of placing equipment on the market. The work describes the basic concepts, description and division of anchoring devices, requirements for anchoring devices type A and E, conditions for issuing certificate for anchoring devices providing workers
