Návrh na změnu zákonné úpravy distribuce nebiodegradabilních plastů (plastových tašek)

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice zákonné úpravy oblasti odpadového hospodářství, a to konkrétně nakládání se specifickým nebiodegradabilním plastovým odpadem, jimiž jsou běžně používané plastové odnosné tašky. Cílem diplomové práce je dokázat pozitivní změnu v oblasti redukce plastového nebiodegradabilního odpadu v důsledku uplatnění zákazu distribuce tohoto materiálu v daných státech.

This dissertation is focused on the problems with legislation involving waste management, specifically means of treating the nonbiodegradable plastic waste which are common used plastic bags. The goal of this dissertation is to prove a positive change in reducing the plastic nonbiodegradable waste after implementing the ban of distributing nonbiodegradable plastics in stated countries.
