Vývoj lesa v závislosti na druhovém složení dřevin

Abstract

The project describes the relationship between a herb layer and a species composition of the vegetation. The aim of this study is to evaluate the condition of the forest in relation to the composition of the individual tree species. The first part of the work describes vegetation the species diversity on the basic of the long term monitoring. Then, due to this inventory, the overall state of the vegetation of the researched areas is evaluated. The second part evaluates the age structure of the stand groups. Owing to all the results obtained both the undergrowth plot development and the vegetation in different forest types are compared. The species composition of the herb layer and a bedrock (parent material) are the indicators of the habitat and serve as the determination of the natural tree species which should occur naturally in the mentioned areas.
