Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is a complex proposal of a sport - recreation resort in
Jasenska valley, extended in a proposal of parking zone, technical infrastructure and
transport. The content of the thesis is urban realisation of specific area, its connection with
transport and technical infrastructure.The following part of the thesis contains a suggested
disposition of the area, both in present and future state, complex technical organisation of
the specific part of the resort and complex evaluation of investment. Conclusion cotnains
all of the fulfilled aims of the bachelor thesis.
