Možnosti snižování obsahu Cl a alkálií v odprašcích z aglomerace

Abstract

Bachelor´s thesis evaluates possibilities of decreasing levels of Cl-, Na+ and K+ in dust from sinter plant collected at ESP (electrostatic precipitator) and FF (fabric filter) in order to improve the possibility of their further technological utilization. Both samples were extracted in water using 3 procedures – according to L/S (liquid-to-solid) ratio and number of extraction steps they are L/S = 20(1x), L/S = 3(3x) and L/S = 3(6x). In ESP dust, the content of Cl- was reduced from 16.60% to 0.12%, content of Na+ from 3.89% to 0.04% and content of K+ from 6.07% to 0.07%. In the case of FF dust, the levels of Cl-, Na+ and K+ were decreased from 12.67%, 2.14% and 3.74% to 1.28%, 0.07% and 0.02%, respectively. Both leached sinter dusts exhibit much better composition for their possible technological utilization (e.g., for their recycling in sinter plant).
