Zhodnocení motivačního systému v podniku

Abstract

I am writting in my thesis about questions of employee motivation. I determined to assess motivation system the Zalesi Inc. as the aim of my thesis. And propose possibly and acceptable metods of solutin on the grounds of detailed analysis particular components of motivation system and the quastionnaire investigation. In the teoretical part my thesis I described the motivation system from teoretical standpoint and I foreshowed basic teoretic data of motivation. I defined the company Zalesi Inc. in another part. In aplication part of my thesis as first of all I made the analysis individual elements of company motivation system. In this chapter I also proposed with flow diagram the motivation system of Zalesi Inc. Because I have thorough knowledge and the company asked me, I compiled the quastionnaire, which was distributed to employee from establishment "Plasty". From these knowledge I proposed to management of company few steps , which could streamline a existing motivation system and by it to heighten a employees satisfaction and their efficienty. I am satisfied that I managed to propose some inspirational arrangements and realize the object of my thesis.
