Investiční akce města Havířov

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je Investiční akce města Havířov - výstavba podzemních garáží. Cílem je navrhnout možné varianty financování investiční akce a zhodnotit hospodaření města za léta 2006 - 2010. První kapitola je zaměřena na postavení obcí v České republice. Je v ní popis orgánů obcí, hospodaření obcí, příjmy a výdaje obcí. Druhá kapitola popisuje historii města Havířov a jeho organizace. Hlavní část kapitoly tvoří analýza hospodaření města v letech 2006 - 2010 a její zhodnocení. Na konci kapitoly je analýza zadluženosti města. V poslední kapitole je popsána investiční akce města a její finanční náklady. Jsou zde navrženy možné varianty financování a vybrána ta nejvhodnější.

Topic of the thesis is Investment project of the town Havířov - construction of underground garages. The aim is suggest possible options for financing this investment project and evaluate the town´s economy in the years 2006 - 2010. The first chapter focuses on the status of municipalities in the Czech republic. There is description of the municipal authorities, municipal economy, incomes and expenditures of municipalities. The second chapter describes the history of the town Havířov and its organizations. Major part of this chapter includes analysis of town´s economy between years 2006 - 2010 and its evaluation. At the end of the chapter is analysis of debt. The last chapter describes the investment project and its financial costs. There are suggest possible options for financing and selected the best.
