Likvidace mimořádných událostí v silničním tunelu

Abstract

V Bakalářské práci je přiblížena problematika likvidace mimořádných událostí v silničních tunelech. Na začátku práce bude popsáno základní dělení, kategorizace a provoz silničních tunelů v ČR. Dále je uveden rozbor statistiky nehodovosti v silničních tunelech v ČR. V další části je provedena analýza nasazení sil a prostředků potřebných na zásahovou činnost v tunelu Letná v Praze a následuje specifikace sil a prostředků pro efektivní pomoc v případě vzniku mimořádné události v tomto tunelu. Závěrem je vytvořen návrh opatření na efektivní nasazení sil a prostředků v tunelu.

In the Bachelor's thesis is approximated the liquidation of emergency events in road tunnels. At the beginning of this work will be describe the essential apportionment, categorisation and traffic in the road tunnels in the Czech Republic. Further will state an analysis of the statistics of accidents in road tunnels in the Czech Republic. In the next part is made the analysis of deployment forces and devices needed for the intervention activities in Letná in Prague and follows the specification of the forces and device for effective assistance in the emergency events in the tunnel. Finally, is created the concept of provision for effective deployment of the forces and devices in the tunnel.
