Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the education and development of employees at selected organization Slovak Telekom, as, particularly in the residential call center in Žilina, further assess employee satisfaction with the current state of the system and make recommendations for its improvement. The theoretical part is based on literature defines basic concepts. The practical part starts with characteristic of selected organizations, further analyzed the education and development of employees in the organization and in the end of the chapter are suggestions and recommendations.
