Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve výrobním závodě

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on assessing the level of teamwork in a factory, namely within the department of trade and the department of production. The aim of this paper is to analyse the situation regarding teamwork, as applied in the aforementioned department, and to evaluate inter-departmental cooperation and subsequently to formulate recommendations for possible changes that would lead to an improvement in the most problematic areas, which have to be faced by the respective teams. The theoretical part of this paper deals with theoretical knowledge surrounding teams and teamwork and the various aspects that can increase or decrease a team’s performance. The practical part of the paper is devoted to a description of work organization, of the factory itself, and to an analysis of the actual teamwork. For this purpose, a personal interview and a questionnaire survey were used. After formulating the ascertained facts, the worst assessed areas of the questionnaire survey are determined in the conclusion of the paper, including a presentation of suggestions and recommendations that could lead to a remedy of the current situation and an increase in the efficiency of the individual departments, as well as their mutual cooperation and communication
