Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compile a part of the project documentation requested for the building permission for a residential building. Construction and technological procedures for the execution of foundation constructions of the residential building, time schedule of the realization of foundation constructions of the residential building, and the budget of the technological phase „Foundation construction “are included.
