Územní studie lokality „Na Vyhlídce“ v obci Brněnec

Abstract

The subject of this graduation theses is to propose the appropriate land use that site for housing and to create an urban design. The proposal is based on submitter`s requirements and on the valid land-use plan of the Brněnec village. The proposal consists partly of appartment houses and partly of family houses. The resulting variant solves transport links and connection to all underground services. Further, there was made the basic allotment of the site into individual plots and public green areas and design of recreational and sports areas. In conclusion is given an economic calculation.
