Korupce v České republice a její formy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou korupce v České republice, jejími formami a způsoby řešení. V první části bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny nejen příčiny a dopady korupce, ale i její formy. Dále také několik různých definic korupce a jevy, se kterými úzce souvisí. Druhá část se podrobněji zabývá, jak historií korupce v České republice, tak i kvantifikovatelnými indexy. V práci jsou také zmíněny protikorupční organizace a instituce, a jejich nástroje a opatření, které v boji proti korupci využívají. Třetí, žurnalistická, část se věnuje převážně veřejné soutěži. K tomuto tématu se vyjadřuje předseda občanského sdružení Oživení Štěpán Rattay a vicepremiérka pro koordinaci boje s korupcí Karolína Peake.

This bachelor thesis deals with the problems of corruption in the Czech republic - its forms and way of its solution. The first part of the thesis considers not only the causes and consequences of the corruption but also its forms as well. Further it also mentions several definitiones of corruption and actions closly related to it. The second part focuses on corruption´s history and quantifiable indexes. Also it mentions subjects fighting against corruption and their anti-corruption tools and measures. Third part, journalistic, is mostly devoted to public tenders. Mr. Štěpán Rattay, the president the civic association of Oživení and Ms. Karolína Peake the deputy prime minister whose duty is coordinate the fight against corruption present thein ideas and thoughts related to this issue.
