Abstract

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is proposal earthwork technology of apartment building object. Project documentation of object in stage of building permit is a part of this work, also includes solutions for principles of construction organization according to valid legislation. Another part of this thesis includes thermotechnical assessment for a constructions of building (external walls, floors above ground and roof cladding), schedule of technological steps including the determination of the total financial cost. Proposal of technological process is adapted to the requirements the new building and is based on the principle of the minimum time range required for realization. The building is full basement and foundations are made of reinforced concrete, supporting wall system is without insulation. Technological process is designed to mechanization a relatively high working performance. It is solved for an effective logistic carting including a material excavated soil at different landfill site of different distances. Thermotechnical assessment for a constructions of building, which meet the standard low-energy house. Contribution of this work consists in suitably chosen economical variant resolved a comprehensive proposal for the technological process of earthworks for the standard object apartment building, which is situated in urban areas.
