Návrh metodiky pro potlačování protiprávního jednání a zajištění ochrany lokality lomu ČSA a Vršany

Abstract

In diploma thesis given there is a review of the extent of powers and responsibilities of supervising bodies at the area of quarries CSA and Vršany. In the chapters following, the author points out the most common forms of offenses committed in the area, resulting in security risks and economic losses resulting from mining organizations for breach of legislation. In the final part of the thesis there is prepared in connection with the analysis and findings of the previous three years for methodology for the suppression of unlawful conduct and to protect the area given, notably by collaborating supervising authorities.
