Abstract

Master´s thesis focus on the evaluating employee education and development system in company Meopta – optika, s.r.o., concretely on the evaluating induction like a part of employee education system in organization. Thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part contains the theoretical foundations of employee education and development. The second part is a practical analysis of the induction system, which is in selected organization a part of development activities.
