Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the modulus of elasticity of concrete. It focuses on two specific factors that affect its final value. It examines the influence of the shape of the test body and the length of the measuring base. In the theoretical part are presented the individual test methods by which the modulus of elasticity of the concrete determines. It further describes the technological and test effects on the final results of the modulus of elasticity. The first practical part includes tests of shaped bodies. In particular, compressive strengths and modulus of elasticity were determined over a one-year time horizon. The second practical part focuses on the influence of the length of the measuring base. At the end of both parts the measured data are evaluated.
