Analýza a komparace managementu dvou fotbalových klubů

Abstract

The present thesis deals with the comparation of two football clubs in light of management, football academy of young people and sponzoring. I was interested in the clubs FC Vysocina Jihlava and MFK OKD Karvina. In the introduction were written on the theoretical concepts, derived from literature. I have used SWOT analyssis of clubs, interwiews which were always made with the help of a member of the club, management and comparation of clubs economy. I elaborated all of this. The project may bring for managers of monitored clubs subjects and recommendations to elimination the deficiencies and improvement the perfections.
