Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a measuring fixture for the precise determination of static operational amplifier parameters. The theoretical part defines key parameters such as input offset voltage, bias currents, and rejection ratios (CMRR and PSRR), including an analysis of relevant measurement methodologies. The core of the thesis involves the design of a test fixture utilizing the auxiliary operational amplifier method (nulling amplifier), which enables accurate measurement of low-level signals using a standard multimeter.
