Abstract

The purpose of bachelor thesis called “Employees Motivation” is to find out if employees of beauty shop “Dokonalost” are satisfied with their job. Next purpose is to identify problems of the company connected with motivation and satisfaction of employees. Theoretical part reflects theoretical knowledge and approaches to motivation. Practical part introduces beauty shop “Dokonalost”. It shows results of non standard interview with company management together with results of questioning of employees. In a final part are formulated ideas based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience, advising how to improve satisfaction of employees and get rid of exciting problems.
