Abstract

The object of this task is to analyze a current state of management and strategic direction and suggest a future business efficiency of company using the BSC methodology .For a final solution has been used SWOT analysis the current evaluation of internal features and external factors surrounding area. It is use to determine the characteristics that are important to make a good strategy. SWOT analysis is complete with using dynamic strategic balance according time aspect. The Balanced Scorecard has been chosen for evaluation of upcoming standards. The individual perspectives of the BSC method set strategic target , which extended the selected indicators and actions that assist in monitoring the achievement of objectives. The calculations scales used data from the financial statements of the selected company . The result is a focus on two main strategic actions that affect other benchmarks and targets , implementation of lean manufacturing and employee training.
