Právní regulace transakce koupě-prodej mezi obchodníky z České republiky a Argentiny

Abstract

The purpose of my thesis is to feature current international trade between Czech Republic and Argentina, with a particular consideration of legal regulation of sale and purchase transaction and settlement of disputes, in case of some violation of terms. The reason for choosing this topic was the attraction of Argentina’s market, which offers a wide range of opportunities and with a certainty could be labelled as a market with a potential. On the other hand side the government of Argentina adopts restrictions to limit equity investment and push imports to minimum and have a full control of it. These steps are amplified by the unstable economy, inflation and corruption of Argentina. There is no wonder that this situation can draw back from entering this market. Despite of this situation there are some companies that entered successfully and now are doing a good business. This work afterwards analyse contract for international sale of goods and experience of company, who did a business there. For the compactness of business, in the last part are described option for a settlement of disputes with a note of suitability and effectively in Argentina. Experience of company and other information about settlement of disputes from this market are closing the whole thesis and are completing the whole picture of international trade between Czech and Argentina.
