The purpose of this thesis is to determine current marketing mix and the financial position of SAZ- Evžen Myslivec s.r.o. based in Louny. The first part describes the characteristics of the selected company. Then we analyze the marketing mix and financing. In the final part of the proposed measures analyzed areas.
