Strategická analýza podniku s návrhem dalšího rozvoje

Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of the small firm to overcome deficiencies. The methods which are used in this thesis are described in the 2nd chapter named Teoretická východiska. The 3rd chapter is divided into 2 parts. In the Internal analysis of the business processes are described and items in the financial statements and financial ratios are analysed. Macroeconomic factors are described in the external analysis which means a PESTLE analysis, an analysis of the business environment and industry analysis. At the end of the chapter the findings are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The output of this work are the description of the concrete risks of the firm and suggestions to elimination of the risks.
