Abstract

The master thesis Proposal for storm water management in a new industrial area deals with the design of a system of storm water drainage from the area of interest of the planned area. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the experimental part. In the theoretical part, the site is described in terms of natural conditions and supplemented with information concerning the current state of the project. The following part discusses the technical and legislative conditions for the design, which were then used in the experimental part. The experimental part deals with the actual design of the stormwater management solution. An integral part of this phase is the drawing documentation and hydrotechnical calculations, which are included in the thesis as annexes. Finally, the proposed option is also economically evaluated.
