Analýza skladby zásob rozpracované a hotové výroby ve společnosti Maxion Wheels Czech, s.r.o.

Abstract

Inventories are an important part of every company, so it’s important to pay attention to their management. For manufacturing companies, stocks are the most profitable consumption categories. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse track inventory of production in progress of rims and finished production of forklifts wheels at Maxion Wheels Czech s.r.o. For analysis of inventory are used methods ABC, turnover ratio and inventory turnover. Based on this analysis was made recommendations for the company.
