Abstract

The master thesis titled Business Plan for Establishing of a Small Enterprise defines the basic theoretical concepts of the issue, contains a business plan of the company Jezdecké potřeby Carmen, Ltd. in Vsetín, which sells accessories for riders and horse´s breeders. It also describes establishing Limited Liability Company. The master thesis also deals with the further enterprise development and business risks, which a company may face, and elimination of these risks. The aim of the thesis is determining whether the business plan is realistic and viable. Primarily there were used financial statements, which had been prepared by interviewing potential customers.
