Abstract

This Bachelor's dissertation is focused on the processing of the development of Tasks and the economy of the Public Defender of Rights. The aim of the work is to evaluate the fulfillment of the mission and the tasks arising from legislation and to evaluate the management of the Public Defender of Rights. The theoretical part of the work describes the rules for the management of public funds and state property. The practical part is devoted to the institution of the Public Defender of Rights. Familiarization with its organization, functions and financing. Furthermore, the management and performance of tasks over a five-year period from 2010 to 2014 are evaluated based on the performance of a comparative analysis. The conslusion summarizes the findings resulting from the project objectives.
